- Senior Commercial leader
- Solid experience in complex B2B sales, including negotiation skills
- Experience from the E-commerce ecosystem is highly preferred
- Experience from a scale-up journey, scaling and professionalizing commercial operations
- Proven ability to develop, build and execute a scalable Go-To-Market strategy
- Experience from international expansion, with a focus on European market entry and growth
- Experience from building a commercial team
- Experience working with partners/channels
- Ability to set clear commercial direction, implement structured sales processes and KPIs
- Understanding of marketing and what capabilities and activities are needed
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach to forecasting and commercial decisions
- Used to working closely with Product and Tech to align customer needs and roadmap
- Genuine interest in tech
- Fluency in English is a requirement, fluency in Swedish is preferred
