• Solid experience in complex B2B sales, including negotiation skills
• Experience from the E-commerce ecosystem is highly preferred
• Experience from a scale-up journey, scaling and professionalizing commercial operations
• Proven ability to develop, build and execute a scalable Go-To-Market strategy
• Experience from international expansion, with a focus on European market entry and growth
• Experience from building a commercial team
• Experience working with partners/channels
• Ability to set clear commercial direction, implement structured sales processes and KPIs
• Understanding of marketing and what capabilities and activities are needed
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach to forecasting and commercial decisions
• Used to working closely with Product and Tech to align customer needs and roadmap
