CEO – Confidential Software Company

 

The company is now looking for a CEO who can continue to build the organization. One of the main responsibilities will be to strengthen the companies sales capability and set a commercial culture.

Experience & Competence

  • A solid experience as a leader/executive and to build and develop organizations
  • Strong international commercial B2B background with clear P/L responsibility
  • General knowledge within the Tech-sector, preferably within the area of embedded software and/or IoT products/devices
  • Experience from leading an organization with strong sales- and marketing culture
  • Strong commercial competence in go-to-market, selecting market segments, complex B2B sales and negotiations
  • Experience from organizations or units including product development (directly or indirectly)
  • Merit with experience from Investor relations and capital acquisitions

 

Personality & Leadership

  • Has a genuine interest in technology and innovation with a commercial entrepreneurial approach
  • A team player who can build a well-functioning and cohesive team
  • A structured and results-oriented leader who can prioritize, set clear division of roles and responsibilities, to set and follow up upon agreed targets
  • Stands for an inclusive and responsive leadership including a feedback culture
  • An authentic and transparent person
  • Strategic mindset coupled with a pragmatic and practical “hands-on approach”
  • Excellent skills in both Swedish and English – oral and written

 

Areas of Responsibility

  • As CEO, to lead the company’s operations in accordance with the Swedish Companies Act as well as the Board’s guidelines and stated objectives
  • Strengthen the company’s sales capability and culture, as well as build trust towards external investors and Partners
  • Build and secure a future organization with high scalability, based on market opportunities

Overall goals & priorities (first 12 months):

  • Commercialize the product portfolio
  • Secure and sign several Pilot customers 
  • Determine targets segments for the product portfolio and secure sales growth
  • In cooperation with the Board and the Leadership team, develop a tactical Business Plan for the coming years
  • Fine tune the strategic direction, develop and execute a common Business Plan
  • Develop the current sales department to adapt to future needs
