CEO Sweden – Freska

Freska was founded in 2015 in Helsinki and today has operations in Sweden, Norway and Finland expecting to be over 700 employees in Sweden alone. Freska is Built on a robust digital platform that delivers an online service to make booking and managing cleaning easier for customers, as well as help their staff to specify when and where they clean, reducing travel time and administration for all parties.

 The Freska vision is to become the leading player in the home services market in Northern Europe by 2025. The Company is backed by top-tier venture capitals. The aim is to scale the organization rapidly, but in a manner that does not destroy the culture and company values. It will be key to concentrate on upkeeping and improving the culture and moving fast continuously. As part of this growth journey, business development will also take place where Freska will extend their services from home cleaning to other verticals. Freska´s aim is to make their customers´ lives easier in many different areas.

Freska is now looking for a CEO to Develop and grow the Freska business in Sweden, deliver on the objectives for the Swedish business; aiming to become the leading provider of quality home services in the market.

Experience & Competence

  • Relevant leadership experience including a business responsibility (P/L, KPIs), with clear experience of having led leaders/managers.
  • Broad experience from services / heavy people/operational business, highly preferred with ”hands on”operational experience (or very strong in operations /operational complexity)
  • Experience from data-driven environments.
  • Experience from value driven companies/environments
  • Background in operations and equivalent roles.

  • Senior” people oriented leader: team builder with a focus on accountability, empowerment, and creativity – “leading through others – delegating and enabling colleagues.
  • Highly structured, systematic and methodological with clear execution orientation and a mindset to reach goals in a growth oriented setting.

  • Value driven personality with the ability to foster positive relationships, build trust and credibility, foster strong internal/external partnerships.

Overall Goals of the Assignment

  • Build strong leadership team for the country managing execution, growth and profitability).
  • Increase customer & service worker retention with 50% in the next 3 years
  • Break down vision and group targets to country specific targets and goals that can be understood and appreciated by all employees. Emphasize what role each team has to create value for Freska Sweden.
  • Take full responsibility for the P&L in the Swedish business, drive improvements and contribute to the Freska Group P&L
