Their business idea evolves around being a strategic partner that make the customers competitive. The company strives to always provide optimized solutions to complex problems. The company has a solution for any product that needs to be mounted.


We are currently looking for a Group CEO to lead the journey moving forward. Do you have experience as an international leader/executive? Do you have a down-to- earth, listening and coaching leadership style?  Then this job might be right for you.

Experience & Competence

  • A solid experience as an international leader/executive (CEO, Head of Business Unit, Vice President, Head of Product Management, or equivalent), preferably in a combination of both smaller and larger companies
  • Commercial experience (marketing, sales, product management and/or complex sales B2B) in an international environment
  • Solid experience of stakeholder management and relationship building (customers, the board, owners, Leadership Team and employees) with a high degree of integrity
  • Preferably relevant academic degree (engineering and/or business)

 

Personality & Leadership

  • A customer-oriented communicator and ambassador, both internally and externally for the company and its brand
  • Stands for a situational and international leadership (Leadership Team consists of a variety of individuals and backgrounds
  • A prestigeless, listening and coaching leader who can build a well-functioning and cohesive winning team with a positive company culture
  • Have a clear interest in technology and innovation with a commercial entrepreneurial approach

  • Set a strategic direction, develop and execute a common Business Plan
  • Build trust towards Customers/Investors/Internally
