Head of Business Development Enterprise – Speed Identity

Speed Identity pioneered live biometric enrollment in the early 2000. To date they have successfully delivered thousands of systems to more than 120 countries worldwide. Their customers include government departments and agencies such as ministries of foreign affairs, ministries of interior, law enforcement agencies, tax agencies, road authorities and immigration agencies.

The company produces systems that capture and provide assurance through biometric facial images, signatures, and fingerprints. A multi-factor authentication provides a layered defense to make unauthorized access of accounts, data, and devices more difficult.

Speed Identity is now looking for a Head of Business Development Enterprise to come on board and become part of the team. The Head of Business Development Enterprise will develop and grow the new market segment Enterprise, for biometric security solution.

Experience & Competence

  • Minimum five years of experience from complex B2B sales
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A good and general understanding of Technology
  • Experience to build, develop and adapt a Customer Solutions for the customer’s environment and needs
  • Solid negotiation experience with ability to close customer contracts and secure delivery of the customer projects
  •  Excellent project management skills with a high level of stakeholder
    management experience
  • Ideally experience from environments in both larger and smaller companies
  • Experience from the biometrics Industry is a merit
  • Relevant University degree
  • High level of both Swedish and English

Areas of responsibility

  • Overall responsibility to develop and grow the new market segment Enterprise, for biometric security solution
  • Define the go-to-market-strategy for the Enterprise segment
  • Build in-house solution and extended solution with partners and subcontractors
    (hands-on and in detail)
  • Management of customer requirements and traceability to the solution
  • Development of a convincing solution strategy regarding current, intermediate, and future mode of operations
  • Managing pioneer customers
