International Sales Manager – Reclaimit

Reclaimit has created a unique and efficient after-sales system that can be adapted to different e-commerce sectors. The company was founded in 2001 and has 17 employees with offices in Stockholm and Piteå. In total, they have handled over 18 million returns with 600+ customers globally. They are the market leader in the Nordics with solutions built on a solid foundation of aftermarket expertise and advanced technology. Reclaimit is now looking for International Sales manager with a hunter mentality and experience in developing business with existing customers.

Experience & Competence 

  • Solid sales and commercial experience from SaaS or Cloud / ERP, merit with E-commerce / retail
  • Experience of building pipelines, facilitating meetings, including experience from hunting, and booking meetings with a track record of doing this in new markets
  • Highly preferred with understanding of complex SW sales with many stakeholders (used to handle c-level stakeholders) and longer sales cycles
  • Merit with negotiation experience with ability to close deals
  • Priority with work history in the Danish market, 2nd Priority German market, 3rd priority Benelux
  • Could have a background from consulting within E-commerce with solid sales experience
  • Understanding of tech but not needed to have in-depth competence – ability to explain value through technology
  • Experience from data and KPI driven environments
  • Danish and English required
  • University degree is a merit

Overall goals

  • Contribute to expansion of Reclaimit to 70 MSEK ARR in 2025
  • Develop and execute go to market plan for Denmark
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop and action marketing strategy for Denmark
  • Identify local partner ecosystem
  • Meet ARR target 100% within 6 months, 50% within 4 months
  • Explore and action on non-Nordic opportunities

 

Start: Q2 2023

Placement: Sweden, Denmark or Germany

Travel: Yes within Nordics and Europe
