The Group operates within healthcare, care services, and facility services, and is characterized by a long-term perspective, strong values, and a clear commitment to quality. The organization is built on the belief that its employees are its greatest asset. High-quality care is created through meaningful interactions between people, supported by professional structures and a genuine commitment to everyday excellence. This combination of long-term family ownership and close operational involvement is a defining characteristic of the organization.
