Country Manager Sweden – Raptor Services

Raptor Services (founded 2013) is a Danish SaaS company that enable companies worldwide to create and deliver personal and data driven customer experiences. They do this by providing their customers with personalization software, recommendations and a customer data platform.

Raptor Services has established itself well on the Danish market and is now taking the next step on their journey by expanding into the Swedish market. In this position you will be one of the key persons in establishing Raptor’s presence in Sweden. You will have the main responsibility for realizing new business sales budget for Sweden including P&L responsibility, developing long term partnerships, as well as building the Raptor organization in Sweden. As the Country Manager of Sweden, you will have a great impact in setting the right sales strategy to penetrate the market, with support from Raptor HQ.

Experience & Competence

  • Solid sales and commercial experience from SaaS and B2B oriented companies
  • Understanding of complex sales with many stakeholders
  • Networking skillset – established a solid network with clients and partners
  • Relevant leadership experience including business responsibility
  • Solid negotiation experience with ability to close deals

  • Proactive, self-driven, sense of urgency, capacity to build business and organizations

Overall Goals of the Role

  • Establish Raptor in Sweden and build/expand the business
  • Land first order in 6 months
  • Sign 5-6 clients in the first year (one “diamond” customer)
  • Develop and execute sales engagement and attack plan for Sweden
  • Develop the team and establish the organization
  • Delivering best practice within Raptor Group / QNTM Group
  • Drive client and employee satisfaction
