System Architect Clinical Data – Getinge

Getinge is now looking for a System Architect to support the Integrated Therapy Solutions Team. You will be reporting to the Head of ITS, Björn Sandström As well as Tech Lead, Bojan Pisler.

Experience & Competence

  • Experience and skills in complex software product development in an agile team setup
  • Experience from Senior Developer, team or tech lead, Product Owner, Agile coach roles
  • Experience of the product development process from Discover to Deliver
  • Holistic understanding of the full product management process incl. stakeholder management and status communication on progress
  • Manage the daily agile development process (SCRUM master equivalent)
  • Define, maintain and prioritize the product backlog, balancing feature development, security items, technical debt etc as well as continuous refinement.
  • Make sure (unstructured) requirements are gathered and well defined in the form of Epics, User Stories, Tasks
  • Create high-level product and solution architecture descriptions and overviews
  • Experience of lean or agile frameworks is a merit

  • Team Lead (SCRUM master equivalent) – leading the technical team and daily work
  • System Architect – creating high-level technical solutions

Overall Goals of the Role

  • Take responsibility for the Clinical Data product backlog and development team
  • Establish good working relation with development team and Product Manager Clinical Data
  • Build extensive internal network of stakeholders and other units
  • Drive cooperation with SSU and commercial operations
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of Ways of Working, methods and tools
