VP Finance – Add Secure
In 2015, AddSecure was formed through the merger of Multicom Security and Safetel, with a vision to make the connected world safer and smarter. Since then, the company has grown rapidly, both organically and through acquisitions, and today provides secure IoT connectivity and end-to-end solutions to customers internationally. AddSecure plays a vital role in enabling secure data and critical communications across industries such as transport, energy, public safety, and healthcare.
As VP Finance, you will establish and continuously evolve the finance structure for Smart Transport’s multinational SaaS business, coordinating local operations across multiple European markets and positioning for future global expansion. Your primary mission is to ensure robust financial governance, insightful analytics, operational excellence, and strategic alignment to drive sustainable business growth and profitability.
Experiences and Competences
- Minimum 10 years of experience in senior finance roles in multinational environments
- Proven track record in financial planning, reporting, and analysis in SaaS or technology-driven companies
- Extensive experience in managing cross-border financial structures and international operations
- Experience and proven success in leading financial teams and organizational development initiatives
- Strong experience in managing financial aspects of due diligence, mergers and acquisitions
- Advanced proficiency in financial systems, ERP tools, and SaaS financial platforms
- High proficiency in MS Excel and BI tools
- Merit with experience from SaaS companies
- Merit with experience from companies/businesses that grow through acquisitions
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, in Accounting, Economics or related field

- Proven leadership abilities with success in managing international and cross-functional teams
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with C-level and internal stakeholders
- Change management expertise in scaling organizations
- Cross-cultural sensitivity and the ability to lead across diverse European markets
- Comfortable presentation to Boards and investors
- Open mindset and comfortable with communicating with people at different levels
- Prestige less team player that thrives in a decentralized environment where everyone is close to decision-making
