Sales Representative – Axians

Axians offer in the Nordics are aimed at companies and organizations that need IT-related operation, management and improvement projects. The Sales Representative’s task is to develop new and existing customers’ business using Axians IT-related solutions and services. The work is carried out and planned in consultation with the BU manager. The Sales Representative’s task is to sell services and solutions to existing customers based on where the individual seller is deemed to be able to add maximum value. Sales are made through outreach activities as well as through customer methodology applicable at any given time or in accordance with directives from the BU manager

Experience & competence
• Experience preferably from some kind of service provider
• Sales and business development experience, preferably from complex environments with
long sales cycles as well as long internal lead-times
• Experience from sales – but can just as easily be a good salesperson with a focus on new
customers who want to change focus or experience in KAM jobs
• Experience from the IT industry as a client, supplier or consultant
• Experience from B2B, build long term relationships and negotiate with customers at C-level
• Preferred experience from the IT or Telecom industry
• Preferred experience from handling complex servers and infrastructure with complex solutions
• Large technological interest and an overall understanding of technology is a merit
• High level of the Swedish and English language

• Result oriented person, who are eager to reach sales- and other targets
• Ability to build trust and loyalty both with customers and with Axians stakeholders
• Strong personal leadership with the ability to engage, motivate, coach and build a good team spirit

when needed, but still be able to handle higher level internal and external discussions
• Communicative personality with good stakeholder management abilities
• A cooperative team-player who acts with integrity and without prestige

Areas of Responsibility
• Reach set Sales Targets (individual and as a team)
• Ensuring customer satisfaction
• Leading the customers’ digital transformation.
• Commercial coordination on assigned customers between the BUs operating within Axians SE
• Renegotiating contracts with existing customers
• Forecasting the sales work
• Leading the customer team (pre-sales team) in the context of customer management

Overall Goals of the Role
• Grow sales with existing customers. Develop existing contracts in the same area through
additional sales, conducting transformation projects and through selling consultancy
• Renegotiate and renew customer contracts (3-7 years contracts) with existing customers
• Ensure that customers and existing businesses are profitable and sell more of new services
• Maintain and develop customer relationships and ensure satisfied customers

Location: Solna, Stockholm
Reporting to: Staffan Fredriksson, Sales Director at Axians
Travel: Regular business travel within Sweden and occasionally in the Nordic countries
