Chief Commercial Officer – TERASi

TERASi is a Stockholm-based deeptech company developing Aircore technology and the RU1 communication system for defence, industrial and telecom markets. The company operates in security-sensitive and regulated environments and is now scaling its commercial efforts internationally.
In this role, you will lead TERASi’s commercial agenda, drive complex enterprise sales processes, and build strong customer relationships across mission-critical industries. You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to position TERASi’s solutions and establish a structured, scalable commercial approach.
Experience & Competence
- Proven track record in complex B2B enterprise sales with multiple stakeholders
- Experience from commercial roles including sales, business development and customer-facing product work
- Highly preferred with combined experience from both hardware and software
- Strong capability in modern sales methodologies
- Ability to understand complex technical systems and customer environments; high intellectual capacity to analyze scenarios and translate needs into commercial opportunities
- Strong technical interest and the ability to understand product USPs, competition and system architecture
- Experience from on-site customer meetings, demos, field testing, etc
- Understanding of security-sensitive and regulated environments
- International commercial experience is required
- B2B experience in environments with long sales cycles and solution complexity
- Highly preferred with line management experience; informal people leadership is sufficient
- Merit with experience selling into defence or space sectors
- Citizenship in an EU NATO country is required
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is a merit
- Fluency in English is required; Swedish language skills are preferred

Goals & Responsibilities of the Role
- Build and lead TERASi’s commercial function, including sales, customer engagement and partner development
- Develop and execute a commercial strategy aligned with the company’s international ambitions and multi-segment customer base
- Lead enterprise sales processes, manage key customer relationships and secure strategic lighthouse accounts
- Engage deeply with customers to understand operational needs, technical environments and use cases
- Position TERASi’s hardware and future software platform as an integrated commercial offering
- Ensure systematic, structured and predictable sales processes including forecasting, qualification, pipeline development and post-sales follow-up
- Support Marketing, PR and communication efforts
- Represent TERASi in international settings including conferences, exhibitions and customer forums
- Help bridge technology and market needs, working closely with engineering and product teams
- Contribute to building a commercially driven, customer-centric culture
- Achieve €4-6M in Recognized Revenue with Diversified Customer Base
- Build >€20M Qualified Sales Pipeline by EOY 2027
- Establish TERASi as a Category Leader in Secure Comms and Sensing
