Commercial Product Lead – Confidential Company

Are you a seasoned business leader with a passion for innovation and new digital business models? Are you interested in building and driving new digital product propositions in e-Mobility? Do you have experience from SW product proposition development? Then you might be the Commercial Product Lead for an e-Mobility company we are looking for!

We are currently looking for a Commercial Product Lead to join our client’s newly launched e-Mobility space. In this role, by understanding the intersection between software and hardware solutions, you will be responsible for building, developing and driving a new digital platform for a new business area. The assignment primarily focuses on heavy-duty transportation and delivering charging services. The primary goal is to create an outstanding charging experience and support transport operators by offering secure, flexible, and optimized solutions. The aim is to assist them in ensuring safety and efficiency in vehicle charging. It is important to have a passion for the EV field and a solution-oriented mindset. Moreover, you will set team structure and build a diverse team for needed capabilities in the new area.

 

Experience & Competence

  • A strong commercial product leader (Product Manager) with understanding and previous experience from building-up and running new digital product propositions (preferably within the e-mobility space)
  • Extensive experience from digital strategy and/or business development from a corporate setting, consultancy, start-up or similar
  • Experience from working with combined SW/HW propositions to shape market leading solutions and end-user experience
  • Experience from set-up and successful execution of SW product divisions, business areas or new digital companies within a complex ecosystem setting
  • Experience from leading smaller teams of senior domain experts
  • Experience from working with or alongside technical product teams consisting of e.g., solution architects, SW developers and API experts
  • Good understanding of the European energy and utility landscape is a merit
