E-Store Manager SE DK – Komplett

Komplett was established in Sandefjord, Norway in 1991. In 1996 they introduced e-commerce to the Norwegian market by establishing the online platform and webshop “Komplett.no”.  Since then, the company has grown rapidly in a very fast pace. They see themselves as pioneers within online retail and have a particular heritage for consumer electronics and gaming products.

Komplett is now searching for a E-Store Manager SE DK to join their team in Stockholm. In the role as E-Store Manager SE DK, you will be responsible for ensuring that the overall gaming and consumer electronics strategy is implemented and followed in store. You will also have responsibility for the sites Komplett.se and Komplett.dk, including front-end content, campaign pages, and product launches.

Experience & Competence

  • Experience from in store management and sales
  • Experience working in or collaborating with category and/or procurement departments
  • Commercial acumen: Good business understanding and a track record of translating customer needs into operational value creation
  • Experience from E-commerce is a merit
  • Relevant education with a bachelor’s degree equivalent

    Areas of Responsibility

    Strategy and Planning

    • Ensuring overall gaming and consumer electronics strategy is implemented and followed in store
    • Setting campaign plan including baseline with local adaptations
    • Planning and implementing local sales initiatives
    • Setting a strategy for local shipping options, payment options, etc.
    • Following up on local ad hoc situations

    Site

    • Total responsibility for the sites Komplett.se and Komplett.dk, including front-end content, campaign pages, and product launches
    • Securing site to be “clean & tidy” with products, prices, and content (banners, articles, guides, etc.)
    • Ensuring that Komplett’s loyalty program (Komplett Club), product subscription and financing program (Komplett Flex), and other services offerings are visible and sold on site

    Sales and Campagins

    • Tracking sales to existing and new customers based on the marketing strategy. Implementing necessary sales measures
    • Forecasting campaigns and monitoring sales and margin, including Komplett Club, Komplett Flex, and services sales
    • Merchandising: Total responsibility for the product composition in campaigns, including Komplett Club and Komplett Flex
    • Ongoing dialogue and cooperation with various departments in Komplett, including Category and Procurement, Customer Service, Logistics and Finance

    Monitoring the Market

    • Tracking market share development
    • Following competitors and their campaign plans and marketing efforts
    • Following relevant forums and other sources for product knowledge and news updates
