Head of Sales – Gridly

Gridly is currently seeking a dynamic Head of Sales to join their team. As they expand their success within the gaming industry and venture into new sectors such as apps, software, and SaaS, they are looking for a leader who can drive growth and elevate their brand presence. In this role, you will lead a talented sales team, collaborating closely with Marketing and CX to establish Gridly as a top global SaaS company.

Experience & Competence
• Solid sales- and commercial experience towards the international enterprise market
• Experience of building sales strategies, developing sales-funnels and closing deals in new market segments/new customers, with documented growth and increased sales as a result
• Experience from complex technical Software sales, with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders including C-level
• Experience from a journey with high growth/high paced environments
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in an international corporate environment
• Good understanding and experience to work with data analytics and metric-based growth strategies
• Good understanding and interest of technology in general

Responsibilities and goals:
Team Leadership: Build and develop a diverse an international team of sales professionals
Sales Strategy Development: Craft and implement sales strategies to increase the customer base both in new market regions as well as in new market segments
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients through effective communication and understanding the customer’s needs
Revenue Growth: Lead initiatives to meet and exceed revenue goals. Gridly aims to double sales annually.
Data analytics: In cooperation with the Marketing team, utilize data analytics to shape growth tactics, with a keen eye on SaaS metrics.

Travel: Regular Business Travel
