Interim Director of Consumer – Confidential GameTech Company
The company is now looking for an Interim Director of Consumer who can continue to build the organization. One of the main responsibilities will be to establish and launch the new organization, ways of working, processes including connection to backend.
Experience & Competence
- Solid track record of successful leadership
- Experience from technical product development
- Experience from B2C / consumer-oriented businesses / digital
- Broad technical competence and experience
- Competence in change management and organizational transformation/re-structuring
- A structured and result-oriented leader who can prioritize and is comfortable to continuously drive innovation, agile development and improve quality
- Understand quality and robustness – merit with experience from regulated environments
Personality & Leadership
- A mature, seasoned and confident leader who builds and develops individuals and sustainable teams
