Assortment and Pricing Manager – Komplett

Kompletts headquartered is in Norway, with a Swedish local office in Stockholm.

Komplett is currently looking for an Assortment and Pricing Manager. As the new team member of Komplett your main task will be to ensure that they have the right products at the right price in their online stores in Sweden and Denmark. In practice, this means that you would work closely with Kompletts product managers and purchasing department to ensure that their customers can find what they are looking for at Komplett.

Experience & Competence

• Experience of working within the retail industry
• Experience of working in an environment with fast moving price changes, where coming to a decision fast is essential to success
• Balance technical vs commercial experience and focus: leaning towards technical
• Experience from working in international and diverse organizations is a merit
• Written and verbal fluency in English, any Scandinavian language is required

• Ability to liaise with people at all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders
• An analytical, empathetic, ambitious, and results-oriented personality with positive energy
• Integrity, be able to withstand e.g., stakeholders and argue for the service area’s point of view. Can build strong and positive relations on all levels (incl C-level/Board)
• Curious in learning and solution-oriented
• Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced, technically dynamic environment
  

Areas of Responsibility

• Creating a model for setting the best prices in a fast pace
• Together with product manager – determine that the range reflects what customers demand, with an eye on what makes the markets in Sweden and Denmark unique
• Together with purchasing department – work to ensure that the products in Kompletts range are in stock
• Together with product managers and Country Manager SE/DK – Optimize pricing
