CMO – Confidential Service and Tech Company

This confidential company is now looking for a CMO with a broad experience in digital marketing, data-driven environments, and a drive to be a part of their fast-growing journey. As CMO, you will be one of the highest decision-makers in the company and are expected to improve brand awareness and the company’s overall revenue and growth. You will work closely with marketing, sales, and budgeting to enable a success strategy for the company. In addition, you will need to have a deep understanding of KPIs and know how to manage marketing decisions to create long term profitability. To succeed in this role, you will have to have worked within c-level management, have skills in data and an analytical understanding.

Experience & Competence

  • Broad experience of marketing with focus of data driven/digital marketing and Brand Marketing
  • B2C experience and companies with “household” brands
  • Experience from building an organization and marketing functions focused on growth
  • Experience in making marketing business cases and handling a broad media mix
  • Experience from value driven companies
  • Merit with experience from fast growing and dynamic environments
  • Merit with background in start-ups and tech companies
  • Merit with experience in lead generation and working towards sales teams
  • Ideally worked with recurring revenues / subscription services in the consumer space
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English and Swedish or other Nordic languages

Areas of Responsibility

  • Position the Companys brand to drive long term growth
  • Drive growth of the Company: 3x the organic business in 3 years
  • Support organic yearly growth of 35%
  • Increase Lifetime value of customers
  • Drive and execute KPIs
  • Triple monthly new subscribers as fast as possible, while:
    – Keeping channel payback between 6-12 months
    – Improving 36m CAC LTV ratio w 50%

 

Placement: Stockholm

Start: Q4 2022

Travel: Nordic travel less than 10%

Reporting to: Group CEO
