Marketing & Sales Strategy Manager – Autoliv

Autoliv is a worldwide leader in automotive safety. They increase traffic safety by selling automotive safety systems to all major car manufacturers globally. Autoliv develops, manufactures and markets airbags, seatbelts and steering wheels. Mobility Safety Solutions (MSS) ambition is to save more lives & prevent serious injuries. By providing innovative solutions for mobility and Society by exploration and leveraging their global assets, competence and safety expertise, MSS has a goal of saving 100,000 lives by 2030. 

Autoliv is currently looking for a Marketing & Sales Strategy Manager to join their growth initiative MSS (Mobility Safety Solutions). We are looking for a person that has experience from working with complex buyer journeys with an ability to make these concrete, attractive and relevant. Together with the marketing team, you will be responsible for marketing and communication (including structured communication plans for internal/external stakeholders).

Experience & Competence

  • Understanding of complex buyer journeys and making the complex tangible, attractive and relevant
  • Have 360º omnichannel experience of marketing & campaigns
  • B2B marketing experience with an end customer experience perspective
  • Experience and knowledge in brand management
  • Commercial skillset and Business Case/ROI/NPV/Payback Toolbox
  • Experience of implementing CRM marketing automation tools
  • Fluency in English

Overall Goals

Short term

  • Project facilitation – sales strategy & customer journey for each business area (Commercial Vehicles, Pyro Safety Switches)
  • Implementing new CRM system with marketing tools for whole MSS
  • Identifying customer data needed and sourcing to CRM + GDPR compliance
  • Execution of marketing plans for each business area
  • Creation of business cases for new and ongoing initiatives

Long term

  • Setting full B2B customer journey with ROI, KPIs, budget follow-up etc. for all business areas
  • Setting basic B2B marketing assets and plans for all Business areas at MSS
  • Conducting successful 360 omnichannel campaigns for certain products globally
  • Increasing the internal understanding of the importance and benefits of marketing
  • Increasing the commercial focus through sales strategy and key account work
  • Contribute to Autoliv’s greater goal of 100 000 lives saved by 2030

    Placement: Ideally in Stockholm or Gothenburg

    Start: Q1 2024
